Apple and cheese pancakes

Warm up milk, add sugar, yeast and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix to make it thick as cream. Wait until the mixture raises. Add the egg, the remaining flour and a pinch of salt. Wait until the dough raises again. Meanwhile, cut out the core from the apples, peel them and cut into thick slices with a hole inside. Cut cheese into 5mm-thick slices.
Put together one slice of apple and one slice of cheese, cover with dough and fry on a hot fat. Serve with blueberries or cranberries.
