Baked tomatoes with cheese and ham
portion for: 3 / difficulty: hard / time: 1 h
Cut the cap of the tomatoes, hollow them, sprinkle salt and pepper inside the tomatoes. Dice the cheese, the courgette and ham. Fill the hollow tomatoes. Cover with the cap, put on a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 200 ˚C for 25 minutes.
- 4 large round tomatoes
- 10 dag Salami cheese
- 5 dag tinned ham
- ½ small courgette
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt, pepper
